COMMUNICATING PASSION AND PURPOSE
Rachel started her career as a broadcast journalist with Channel NewsAsia as the stations business correspondent, covering regional economic and business breaking news and events. In 2009, she launched the stations first weekly sustainability focused business segment, Eco Ventures, and later went on to front the channels multi-award winning show Money Mind.
More recently, Rachel joined the Money FM 89.3 family where she helmed two drive time belts, covered the pandemic and breaking news, and launched the Eco Money Podcast. At the start of 2023, Rachel launched the new Breakfast show while carrying out duties as the station’s Music Director. Rachel has also been called upon to host daily General Election news coverage shows as well as front programmes on other key events such as the National Budget.
Passionate about philanthropy and the environment, she specialises in business news and sustainability content.
Rachel currently hosts weekly sustainability investment show Eco Money on Money FM 89.3.
Rachel has covered events in the US, Europe, Middle East and across Asia; travelling to interview top business minds and prominent leaders. Most memorable exclusive interviews she has conducted include: Jane Goodall, Jack Ma, and Christine Lagarde.
